Attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed below.

Payment
For all advance registration via Internet registration web-site, the only accepted means of payment are by CREDIT CARD. Internet registration web-site will be available from September 6 to October 25.
Please note that only JAPANESE YEN CASH is accepted for payment at the on-site registration.
