JSST 2019　学生セッション（日本語・英語-混在セッション）のご案内

本セッションでは、英語・日本語の発表言語にこだわることなく、幅広い学生に研究内容を紹介していただき議論を深めていただければ幸いです。

This session aims to provide many students with chance to introduce their research contents and to have deep discussion with audience regardless of speaking language English / Japanese.

 

Who can apply for this session?
This session is widely opened for any students.

Detail
The presentation type is poster.
A 1-min presentation is required in preposter (shotgun) session.
Papers as well as poster and preposter presentations can be prepared in either English or Japanese.
内容
ポスター形式でご発表いただきます。
1分間のプレポスター（ショットガンセッション）にて口頭で概要を紹介していただきます。
ポスター、プレポスター、論文に関しては、日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。
Application
Please send your manuscript to the following e-mail address. The title of the e-mail must be “Application for Student Session JSST2019”.
Manuscripts accept from 1 page to 4 pages (standard: 2 pages) of an A4-sized PDF file with the following Paper Format Templates. If you prepare your paper in Japanese, embed fonts in the PDF file.

論文を以下のアドレスにお送りください。メールのタイトルは、「Application for Student Session JSST2019 」としてください。
A4サイズで1～4ページの論文をご準備ください。2ページ程度が基準になります。以下のテンプレートに従い、PDFファイルで送ってください。日本語の論文の場合は、PDFファイルにフォントを埋め込むようにお願いします。

Student Poster Presentation Award

Student session prepares “Student Poster Presentation Award” for excellent presentations.
The award ceremony will be held at Closing Ceremony.
If the winners are absent at the award ceremony, the next candidate will be awarded.

 学生セッションでは、優秀な研究発表をしてくださった講演者に「Student Poster Presentation Award」を授与いたします。
授賞式は、Closing Ceremonyにて執り行います。
授賞式に受賞者が不在の場合、次点の候補者が繰り上がりで受賞することになりますのでご注意ください。

 

Poster & Shotgun presentations

Poster Presentation
Date & time: Nov. 6, 13:30-15:00
The size of the poster panel is 84 cm width x 163.5 cm height. Please prepare your poster within the panel size. A0 format (84 cm x 119 cm) is suitable to the poster panel. The poster can be prepared in either English or Japanese. The time of poster presentation is 90 minutes.
Please mount the poster from 12:15 to 13:20, and remove it by 15:30. (The posters will be disposed of after 15:30.)

日時：11/6 13:30-15:00
幅 84 cm、高さ 163.5 cmのポスターボードを用意しています。ポスターボードに収まるサイズのポスターをご準備ください。A0サイズ(84 cm × 119 cm)が適当です。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。発表時間は90分間です。
ポスターは12:15-13:20の間に設置してください。ポスター発表終了後、15:30までには取り外してください。（15:30以降に残されているポスターは撤去いたします。）
Shotgun Presentation
Date & time: Nov. 6, 11:30-12:15
Additionally, there will be ‘shotgun’ presentation. If you are presenter, please come to the session room by 11:15. Those presenting a poster will deliver a presentation with single or a few slides to promote their poster. This will take 1 minute per poster. The slides should be in PDF format and regular 4:3 aspect ratio. In shotgun presentation, a laser pointer is prepared in the session room. The presentation can be prepared in either English or Japanese. 
ショットガンセッション
日時：11/6 11:30-12:15
ポスター発表の前に、ショットガンセッションを行います。発表者の方は11:15までに会場にお集まりください。ポスターを宣伝するために1枚または数枚のスライドでプレゼンテーションを行います。発表時間は１分間です。スライドはPDF形式、4:3のアスペクト比でご準備ください。セッション時にはレーザーポインタを準備しています。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。
