Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee, the International Program Committee, and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference. Attendance by at least one author of accepted papers is mandatory. Papers should be written in English.
The Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (http://www.springer.com/series/7899). CCIS is abstracted/indexed in EI-Compendex , DBLP, Google Scholar, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format for their initial submission. The LNCS template is available at http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0 . Submissions should include the title, keywords, abstract, list of authors (including contact author) and the full paper document (10 to 12 pages, up to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format) in PDF format.
